A mature, healthy relationship balances giving and receiving, and practice relationships are no exception to this. Since Empty Hand Zen Center is an organization that survives on donations, we rely on the support of our sangha. Whether you give your skills, energy, or material things, your contribution is deeply appreciated.

Below are some suggestions for ways to be of service to Empty Hand Zen Center, its Teacher and the Sangha. Items with a star [*] are urgently needed. Please see Konin or Jeff Silver if you have questions or suggestions for this list.

Ways to be of Service

* Water and weed the garden

* Walk the dog

Paint the entrances

Distribute rack cards

Video record Dharma talks

Drive to the grocery store, pet store, or office supply store

Build a new main altar

Help to maintain the website

Ways to Contribute

* Give a photocopier or a credit at an office supply store

This is the practice of dana paramita – the perfection of giving. You are helping to ensure the continuation of Dharma, now and for future generations.

We all bow in appreciation to you!
