Discover the steady foundation of practice, participating in a day of sitting on Saturday, July 15th. Please call (914) 636-1450 to register, or add your name to the sign-up sheet in the zendo. The fee for the day is $25 for EHZC members and $35 for everyone else. An informal breakfast of oatmeal, fruit, coffee and tea will be provided for those sitting before 8:00 am. Those sitting the afternoon should bring a bag lunch.
