Sharon Mosley has organized a Reiki Open House for friends of EHZC who would like to experience Reiki. The Open House is Saturday October 21st 10:00 am - 12:00 pm, and is limited to 8 participants. Appointments are required.

Why not experience Reiki and help raise funds for Empty Hand Zen Center at the same time?

Reiki pronounced (ray-key) is the Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation developed by Mikao Usai, a lay monk in 1922.

The relaxation practice is administered by the laying of hands on or a few inches above the body by a trained Reiki practitioner.

The Reiki group will offer short 20 minute sessions to interested members and friends of Empty Hand Zen Center. For more information and to make an appointment please contact:
