Our special speaker, Neil Theise, M.D., re: quantum theory and consciousness from a science and Zen point of view, joins us this coming Monday evening April 30th @ 7:30 pm.

 Neil is a superb speaker and has a gift for making clear connections among a vast array of perspectives on consciousness, a very timely contribution amid our studies of the Heart Sutra. His research interests include liver and adult stem cells, complexity theory applications to cell and molecular biology, integrative medicine, science-religion dialogue, and consciousness studies. 

He is a senior student of Enkyo Roshi O'Hara at the Village Zendo of New York for more than 25 years.
