This month Ryo will lead a zazenkai, a one day meditation retreat at the zendo, on Sunday, December 15th. We will have a regular Sunday morning schedule and continue walking and sitting meditation throughout the day for those who want to continue.
Ryo has generously organized this zazenkei for our sangha.
The morning will begin at 9:00, as usual and end at 4:30 PM.
Everyone is invited to arrive and to stay for as long as they wish to. Although some people will stay for the entire zazenkei, staying the whole day is not mandatory.
Ryo will be holding practice discussions (dokusan) during the zazenkei.
This is a valuable opportunity to support your practice.
The following is a message from Ryo and the Zazenkei Schedule:
"I hope you will join me on Sunday for our day of silent meditation. It's a wonderful opportunity to deepen our practice and support each other through devoted sitting."
