On Saturday, November 2, we will hold a zazenkai (meditation retreat) in our zendo, led by our Guiding Teacher Ryotan Roshi. The day will begin at 9:00 AM and end at 4 PM. You are welcome to arrive and depart at any time that suits your own needs. "According to Dogen Zenji, sitting in zazen and letting go of everything is the key to shifting the basis of our life."
